Re: Holly's EB
Thanks Mate, I would love to one day paint it BA/BF XR Purple or something similar. Also a body kit of some sort, EB GT Replica kit or a DJR Racing Kit. Who knows what will happen in the future, not alot of cash atm so might stay the way it is for now

Re: Holly's EB
Hey mate, Yeah I am really happy with how its done so far.
Its a budget job but i know i would have have a show car if I had the money.
Mods so far:
*2.5 inch cat back sports exhaust
*3 inch stainless tip
*12 inch Kenwood Sub
*Kayan Amp, dont know if thats spelt right lol
*2 din head unit, because of my eye sight and I like them better.
*resprayed car stark white, factory paint job
*replaced door mouldings to XR from boring old grey ones because they were boring, ugly and broken.
*Ghia velour interior instead of standard cloth seats.
*rocker cover sprayed cherry red with a Tickford oil cap.
If i had money i would:
*GT or DJR Kit
*low profile mags
*Paint BA/BF XR purple
*Turbo
*Hot Cam
*Dyno tuned
*bigger pistons
*lowered springs
and the list goes on, one day it will happen

Re: Holly's EB
A nice cheap mod I like to start with is tidy up engine bay, replace hoses with all same colour (I always go blue) get matching plug leads when doing a major service, then splash some paint around. Here is a pic of my engine bay when it was n/a it cost roughly $100 - $150 to do

Re: Holly's EB
Thanks holly. Turbo costs depend, that one cost very little as it needed a rebuild, but I bought the kit for $70 and rebuilt it myself! My new turbo though is costing about $2200 . It depends what you want to spend and if you can shop around.

Re: Holly's EB
A perk of my job is an account that can be paid off for as long as I like, and cost price spare parts
Other wise I wouldn't have half of the stuff I do! :-)
